Full complement cylindrical roller bearing is widely used in the applications requires higher radial load capacity, but the rotation speed is relatively slow since the raceway contact with roller in line form instead of point form as ball bearing, cage is removed to make sure more rollers are filled in to maximum the load capacity.VAFEM full complement cylindrical roller bearing has been manufactured and adopted by various clients like global transmission manufacturer to replace other major brands.We adopt the high grade steel from Xin Cheng steel for both outer and inner rings,roller are graded accurately in grade G2, and all the rings are subjected to CQI-9 quality system certified heat treatment process, the whole manufacturing and assembly process are in automated lines with SPC quality control and necessary 100% inspection.
This series have been recognized by OE customers for more than 20 years.
